The Water hyacinth in these articles are cleaned by water then thoroughly dried in kiln drying at 55oC within 24h or until get 16% humidity, and fumigated with prescribed dose rate at 21oC duration 24h, are free from viable plant material and have been manufactured into the finished article.
The manufactured Water hyacinth articles/products have been stored in an appropriate way to minimise the risk of infestation or contamination by pests of biosecurity concern between the dates that the goods were treated and when the goods were exported.
